Random envie #4

This will be a series of swaps you will have 1 partner. Fill and envelope with random items, used/new postage stamps, stickers, no sticker sheets with missing stickers (it's tacky), washi tape samples at least 3 samples, wrapped around a playing card or non stick surface 6 times, news paper articles, blank recipe cards, it's ok to include recipes cut out of a magazine. NO paper scraps, BUT ATC papers are good :)

This swap should cost .71, it its more NO problem BUT NO LESS!! Make a nice envie for your partners, if your going to be late, PLEASE contact your partner, BUT you will have more than enough time to get your envies ready and mailed. I HATE 3s and 1s, I will angel if needed, of course after a rate 1 is given.
