Send anything means anything, sure most people will send a postcard or envelope, but a lot of people (myself included) love sending swaps more than receiving them.

Type 3 because handmade items, atc's, mail art, etc. can be included.

I hate picky swaps, so I try to keep swaps fun and without many restrictions.
