I absolutely love whimsey jars! I fell in love with them here on swap-bot! I searched for a swap, and didn't see any, so I decided to host one myself! You can get started on one as soon as you sign up, or wait for your partner to be assigned so you can make one that fits their profile. Sender's choice! Here is a link for ideas for you: https://www.pinterest.com/cinderella73077/whimsey-jars/ $5 minimum Use a washed out Mayo or Peanut Butter jar to save on shipping (but your choice if you want to send a glass jar.) Let's say the size should be somewhere around 16-24 ozs. Make sure you fill it with lots of fun surprises!

What size whimsy jar are we supposed to use? I know there are different sizes and I would hate to send out the wrong size!

More details are needed, such as size and if it is to be glass or plastic. Also, you need a rating requirement since this is a package swap. Otherwise you are opening yourself and your swappers up to possible flakes.

How do you get the sticky glue residue from the label off the jar?

I soak it in hot water with dawn dish detergent, and then scrub with a facecloth.
