Description:

OK so I am a bit early... but what else are you going to do these cold damp days? Start Spring Cleaning now!

Collect 15 items your partner can use to create wonderful pockets. You may check your partner's profile but it's not required.

Some suggestions to send are;

pretty papers/card stock (at least large enough to fill a pocket)

stickers

die cuts

buttons

sequins

ribbons or lace

Washi samples (at least 18" per sample)

stamped images (on paper at least large enough to fill a pocket)

cancelled stamps

ephemera

Your items are not limited to those I have listed (if you have more suggestions please leave them in the comments.)

No more than 3 of the same item. Nothing soiled. Nothing wrinkled (unless it is supposed to be).

You do not have to provide the 9 pocket page, just 15 items to be used in the pockets or to decorate the pockets.

This is a chance for you to trade off some of the things you will never use for something you might use.

As always I reserve the right to excuse anyone that may alter the success of this swap or spoil the fun of the other participants.

(The picture above is the one I did for a swap some time ago and is not the one I will be sending out this time....just so you know.)

Please keep in mind postage has gone up to 49¢ for the 1st ounce and each additional ounce costs 21¢. 70¢ is not a high price to pay for some lovely new (to you) things to work with.

Let's have a happy swap! I am hosting similar swaps with other groups and will angel if need be.

I'm a bit confused. What is the front of the pocket letter supposed to Look like. Do the goodies go in the back of the pocket letter?

SuZignomeMoM 01/27/2017 #

This is not a pocket or goodies swap.

This is a stash swap of items for your partner to use in future pocket swaps.

I have this great little book called "Do One Thing Every Day that Inspires You" LINK and it is perfect for tearing out pages of the book to send a page tucked in for an activity type "goodie" (as opposed to a craft supply goodie).

Sounds like a winner @crescendo Just remember only 3. Want to inject some variety.

@SuZignomeMoM I think Im making this more complicated than necessary....trying to get my brain in gear...so if I send two different Washi samples does that count as 1of the 15 items (Washi tape) or 2 of the 15 items? Sorry for my confusion. Thanks, Andi

2 if they are each at least 18". But from past experiences most swappers will not stop at 15 items. As long as the postage is reasonable, most send some sort of extras except on postcard swaps.
