If I want to make a larger one with a different format, is that ok too?

Sorry, for this one you need to make one from a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I will run another one in a couple of weeks for more experienced ziners.

May we send the original? Sometimes I don't or I'm too lazy to make a copy.:)

Dear bbsporty, If it's to be international, it seems to me that it would be better to allow different formats. In Europe, we don't have that format of paper. We use A4, which is close to 20 cm x 30 cm (actually, it's a golden ratio). It's a longer, thinner format than US-Americans use. To make 8 1/2 by 11, we would have to take a large piece of paper (say, A3) from which to cut it, which is a bit wasteful and requires elementary mathematics to convert from inches to cm. I don't know what other formats are standard in other regions, but it probably isn't 8 1/2 by 11 or even A4. Thanks for hosting the swap. I'd like to try a zine! Yours, Sonia

Thanks, Sonia. Yes, please allow paper sized according to ISO 216, it seems that this format is used in most of the world. Wikipedia tells me that "The only exceptions are United States, Canada, and parts of Mexico, where 'Letter' is more prevalent"
