Secret Swap #2 (newbies welcome) Ratings booster

I havent done a swap like this before, can I just ask - does this mean I can create a "postcard" (i.e a picture) with my secret on and attach it to an email? Or do i need some special e-card technology? lol.

I love Post-secret and would love to join.

hi! oh you can send a picture with your secret if you want to, or you can just send a normal e-card with the secret written in normal text :) the idea was just adapted from post-secret, but since it'd be difficult to actually make an online postcard from scratch, the creative aspect of it is optional :)

Hi, I hope I did this correctly. I went on post secret and read those & kinda got a good idea of what was being asked. (I hope!) :-) I found this swap while looking for fabric swaps. I used to do fabric & quilt block swaps about 10 years ago (wow time flys!) and I was amazed that all the sites (that I can remember) are gone! Thanks for the ratings booster swap & the ability to tell total strangers a secret. I've never done that & its kinda strange & nice at the same time. lol Thanks again!

I think it would be fun to upload all the secrets on to the swap gallery.

i think uploading the secrets would be fun, but i would have maybe been more careful knowing that ahead of time. my secret relates to a friend who is also on swapbot. she didn't join this swap, but i'd be nervous of her seeing mine. maybe we should see if the sender is comfortable first?

in the yellow box where you click to see who your partner is the last link in it says upload swap image. you click their.

maybe only upload if your comfortable putting up your secret. I'm comfortable posting mine.

I went to the site u mention and got an idea about what to do too.

I didn't send a e-card from a site. I created mine using an image + my secret and attached to the e-mail. I think we can be creative on how we want our e-cards to be like :D

err i think if we stay anonymous it would be ok to publish our secrets.

If not I would not be comfortable letting my secret out >_<

two of my swap partners said that they sent their e-cards to me but i haven't received any :( perhaps my e-mail address was jotted down wrong?

I used e-cards that look like vintage postcards with a stamp and everything. I also chose the images to fit the theme of the secret. =] Very fun, easy swap!

I sent mine to all my partners, but only 1 has read it & rated me. Do I email & ask the others if they got it?? I know I didn't mess up the email address, because I did a cut & paste. :-) Any advise would be great. Thanks!

I have 1 partner who hasn't rated me yet too and I just contacted her to ask if she's got my e-mail. Just resend her again to be sure.
