December Spell / Recipe

One of the suggestions we had for group swaps is to exchange spells or recipes. Many of us are on limited budgets so this is going to be flat mail requiring one stamp such as a #10 Envelope which is 4x9.5". Please do not add extras so we can keep postage to a minimum.

It always makes me laugh to remember back in the day when a woman could write and read, she was called a witch because she 'spelled'.

The theme for December's Spell / Recipe has to do with STRESS REDUCTION. You might want to use card stock as a base for it to hold up. You are welcome to type or hand write the spell or recipe.

There are many options for what you send as either a spell or a recipe. You are free to share a recipe for a comfort food your family enjoys. You might want to share a herbal recipe for a foot soak or foot rub. And speaking of that part of the body, magick is afoot and the Goddess is alive. If you share a spell, it can be one you know and have had success using or one you find in other resources.

Include a short note saying why you chose it, add the group name, the swap name and your ID. Send on time. Rate when you receive it. Give a heart just because we all need a little more love.
