Let's Get Digital! Digital!

The prompt/theme is VOICE.

Ponder this for a while, get creative, be literal if you like, get figurative, whatever, this is your art that you would like to share with your swap partner.

This is a Digital ART swap. Now, this is open to interpretation and what you, the artist would like to do. Photography, poetry, soundscapes, music, digital painting, animation, video, prose, traditional painting/drawing/sculpting that you then photograph beautifully and send to your partner, whatever.

SPEAKING OF SHARING: Digital is a medium that is easy to share and easy to alter/claim as one's own/infringe upon the rights of the artist. As creators and recipients be mindful of this. If your creator asks you not to share their work please be respectful. If, as an artist, you LOVE when people share your work, let you partner know (also let them know how you'd like to be attributed)!

Don't steal. That's terrible karma.

Further to the topic of sharing - for those who choose to make physical art, if you would like to share/send the object itself to your partner feel free to coordinate that with your partner but don't feel you have to. This is a digital project.

AND FINALLY - FULL DISCLOSURE: I am creating this as part of a legitimate desire to see MORE ART IN THE WORLD AND PEOPLE MAKING CONNECTIONS!!!

BUT ALSO I am do this for an Art Education class in Digital Art - my objective is to facilitate art and community (and frankly to balance some of the terrible in the world lately). This is also why the turn around times a wee bit tight. Sorry. But I believe in you!

Because this is for class, if any of you would like to send me a link/copy of your work to me to show my professor I would LOVE that but this in NO WAY required. If you do, I will show the Prof. from my personal account/screen, I will not send on or publish your work elsewhere with out written consent. Additionally, I will be sending the instructor the link to the swap so maybe he'll join!
