You'll have one month to read your book, I think that's sufficient. Make sure to choose a book you have not read before. This time the task is: Read a book that initinally wasn't written in your native language. Choose a book Read your book Send your partners a short review on the book. What is it about? How did you like it? etc.. I know we are all friends here, but if you are sending out emails. Use the BCC function. If you do not know how to use BCC - ask google. He knows ;-) Some people like to feature the electronic swaps on their blogs (as I do sometimes). That is fine as well. Just send your partners the link. It should be clear, but if you are flaking here, you will get kicked off the group.
