This Type 3 swap will involve putting together a care package focusing on nourishing your sister's mind, body and spirit. This swap is not profile-specific, but you may wish to check your partner's profile for details regarding allergies, preferred practices, deities, etc, depending on the items you send.

You will be sending your partner three items; one for the mind, one for the body, and one for the spirit. Items can be purchased or handmade to the best of your ability. No single-paper items, please. Prices/values should be between $5 - $10 for each item. [If needed, you may send two small items that meet the price requirement.]

Mind: When Mercury is in Retrograde and it seems the whole world is crazy, it's nice to take some time and clear your mind. Considering sending your partner something to relax with such as: A nice book. A relaxing CD. A blank journal. Art/colouring supplies.

Body: You can nourish the body with yummy teas or good food, or by using luxurious body products. Consider sending your partner something they can pamper themselves with such as: A rich hand cream. A bar of really good chocolate. Super luxe socks. A decadent massage oil. Delicious tea.

Spirit: When you're out of touch with your spiritual side, you're at risk of being out of touch with everything else. Consider sending your partner something they can use in the spiritual practice such as: An intention candle. Meditation tools. A gemstone or two. Smudge bundles. Deity/animal guide representations.
