Everybody loves nice stationery! For this swap you will make a beautiful letter writing set. The included items should match each other, so do not just throw in everything you have lying around your place. Please, make some nice packaging (not a box if you do not want to pay a big postage) for your set and include in it at least 5 items from this list: papers notecards postcards address book envelopes washi pens stickers labels paper bags anything else you may need for preparing a perfect letter These items can be either storebought or made at home, it's up to you. Sender's choice. Just make something you would like to receive. Cool swap. I see that you're pretty new to hosting. I'd suggest a slightly more structured list of items required to send. As it is written, it's just suggestions, so people will end up sending a wide range of amounts of stuff. Someone could send 10 things but only get 3. :/

Do the items need to match? What do we put the items in? How many items do we include? So it's profile based as long as it's on their profile and it's senders choice if not? I don't understand that at all? Sender's choice or Profile based?

I agree that there needs to be more structured guidelines about what/how many of each item or mix of items to send to avoid unequal trades.

The matching part is confusing me. So the washi I send has to match the postcards? What does this mean?

@Missir I mean that you should not just throw in random things - the papers should match the envelopes for example. Of course not everything can be matched, if you use postcards, they will probably not fit into some colour scheme.

What are the paper bags for? You mean like little bags that fit in an envelope in case the recipient wants to send something with a letter in an envelope?

Just a note...you mention 4.95 is the lowest allowed but your swap is actually set with no minimum so anyone can join.

Gwenerific I've received some pretty decorative bags (like you might put candy into) in some swaps, would be good to tuck stickers or confetti into.

I am planning to send in a (matching, ie covered in matching paper or whatever) little folder with pockets - keeps it tidy but mails flat.

@Gwenerific Exactly, some small bags to send stickers, paper clips or other small goodies in it

@scrapkween Can be both, you can just combine store-bought items, or you can make them by yourself

How many of each item should we send. Enough for multiple letters or just one. If I sent notecards, how many notecards count as one item?
