I have done this swap many times before and loved it. Thanks to Steelebabee for letting me start this one for the USA.

So for this swap you will have one partner who you will send an envelope stuffed with embellishments, ribbons, paper scraps, brads, stickers or other things that you can use for the embellishment of ATC's or scrapbooks or cards. envelope can be any size you want, But it must be AT LEAST a #10 standard business envelope.
