Simple Summer Swap

SIMPLE SUMMER SWAP

This is a simple swap to help build up ratings.

*****VERY IMPORTANT******* ***PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP****

Do not sign up if there is the slightest chance you may not be able to fulfill your swapping duties!

This swap has a good chance of having 20 partners to send an envie to. Please be sure you can afford the postage and have the time available to do this.

This is all senders choice!

This also means you can start working on the swap as soon as you sign up for the swap. Then all you have to do is add your swap partners name and address when partners are assigned and send them out.

:::::::::::::::::::::: WHAT TO DO AND SEND :::::::::::::::::::::

1. Collect the papers to use for your note. Please use some sort of homemade specialty paper or store bought stationary or scrapbook paper. The homemade paper can be something like watercolored or painted paper, paper with stamped images on it, or some other type of nicely decorated paper. **Basically, no plain paper or lined paper. The paper needs to be pretty.

2. Please list on the paper the following handwritten items (no computer generated writing):

   :Swap Name (Simple Summer Swap)

   :Swapbot Member Name

   :Then list your five favorite things to do in the summer. The list can be done any way you like. It can be a bullet list, paragraph style, zig zag way, list it around the edge of the paper, use a sticker to describe each of your items. You can be creative or simple with your list.

3. Enclose your paper with your info and list in an envelope. There is no specific requirement for the envelope. Just use what you have. It is senders choice if you want to decorate the envelope or not.

That is all! So make your paper special in some sort of way, add your swap info and list, put in an envelope and mail it.

No religious or holiday themed items. Please only send something that is in excellent condition and your best work. No sloppy stuff, illegible writing, or no effort at all given items. No rips, tears, or dirty items.

Please contact me (the hostess) if a swapper is late or flaked before giving out a 1 or 3 rating. I will try to help remedy any problems.

Again, please remember that this is a senders choice swap.

I do reserve the right to withdraw any swapper that I feel may have problems fulfilling the requirements of this swap since this is a larger swap. (this may include - swapper in way to many swaps, 1s or 3s within past six months, to many negative comments or problems with previous swaps, or anything else that may stand out to me)
