Description:

On your light colored cardstock, stamp your image high enough that you can stamp the same image below the first image. Now stamp the same image on a piece of acetate, window sheet, or smooth side of a stamp a ma jig sheet. I have even stamped the image on a clear clock you put unmounted stamps on with good results.

Now flip the acetate over so the image is upside down. Line this up with your first image & stamp onto the cardstock. Carefully (can smear easily, so be careful) rub acetate to transfer the reflection image.

Add some coloring under the 2nd stamped image to give it depth.

The first sample, I made it look like trees reflecting off of ice. The 2nd sample is a card I made that is suppose to look like a ship reflection off of the water.

One partner will receive one ATC. Be sure to attach a sturdy backing.

The "reflection technique" also works with wax paper, freezer paper - using the slick glossy side of the paper to rubber stamp on. Its OK if the "reflection image" is creased or winkled on the wax paper as when placed was reflection of image in the "water" it will give suggestion of "water movement."

That would make it interesting.
