Description:

Do you ever have teeny, tiny pieces of fabric that you just can't bear to part with? This is a great use for those! I saw this idea awhile ago at nanacompany.com, and thought they were adorable.

For this swap you will make your partner 12 little fabric stamps. They are SO easy and cute! You will need:

  • Patterned fabric scraps
  • White cotton (or you could use a linen color)
  • Fusible webbing (like Wonder Under)
  • Pinking shears

Both the patterned and white fabric are backed with fusible webbing, that way you can iron them right to your project. I have used these in decorating envelopes, handmade stationery, little zippered pouches, and handmade gift tags - you can think of tons of ways! I hope you like this idea. Take a look at these sweet things:

I agree, adorable and fresh...signing up!

Approximate size, please?

Any size, really, but I would imagine it is best to keep them about postage stamp size (or around there). They can vary in width and length. Some of the ones in the picture are more square, but others are long and thin. No real tight guidelines.

Finally found some Wunder-Under...should be able to join next time!
