This is an idea I got from cellochyc [http://www.swap-bot.com/user:cellochyc] in a recent music swap I was in [100 Songs I Love E-Mail swap]. It's simple and fun and should be very rockin' for everyone participating! For this swap, you will have 2 partners. You will compile a list of 100 songs you love, then create a playlist with them on ProjectPlaylist [http://www.playlist.com/?home=a] and e-mail it to both partners. That's all there is to it!! Please remember this is 100 songs that the individual creating the playlist loves, not neccesarily you, so don't be disappointed if they are not really your style of music, or even some you may have already heard. On the other hand, you may just discover 100 new songs you really like! Hopefully, everyone will really enjoy this. Newbies are welcome with a completed profile, and any other members with over 3 no-sends or several 1 ratings (or, members with less than a 4.8 rating), will be removed from the swap. This is international. Now, get busy compliling that playlist!:c) AND HAVE FUN!! EDIT I think a heart should be given to anyone who then adds your partners to your friends list on ProjectPlaylist and signs their guest books, too!!:c) Of course, you can give a heart for just making an awesome playlist, as well!!

What if, when you send your list and your partner goes to your playlist, one or more of the songs don't work/have an error? Will that count against you?

Jnolan05 ~ No. Sometimes they play at first, and then later, for some odd reason they don't. So, don't worry about that...

I'm a newbie, and this is an awesome idea! I'm excited!! :D I just hope my swap partner doesn't listen to only death metal or hardcore rap or something like that lol.

lizontheside ~ i am so glad you are excited about the swap--it should be a great ratings booster for newbies, yes! also, you can view the participants of the swap to see what they're all listening to. i already have and looks like there is a very diverse collection going on between everyone.... hopefully, everyone will have an open mind to each others music and enjoy it!!;c)
