Lets swap mini hoops!! What do I mean by mini hoops? Well they come in little kits in almost EVERY craft store or online in lots of places too! The finished size is usualy about 2 or 3 inches. For this swap, you will get a mini hoop kit, complete the project and send the whole thing to 1 partner. here are a couple of examples of mini hoop kits: love panda The graphic is senders choice, and you will have 2 weeks from sign in to send your completed project but you can get started on it now! This will remain newbie friendly but I will check profiles before assigning partners and ban anyone who seems suspicious. I am also leaving it international so that we can have a bigger swap between our members! If you have any questions or suggestions for how to make these swaps better please let me know. i'm still learning about hosting and things!

I love these swaps but I just can't find these kits overhere. I can only find bigger hoops.

Places like Walmart have them or most craft stores, or even amazon. i'd be happy to help you find one if you need!

I know in Belgium I've found little kits from a Scandinavian cross stitch company, I've forgotten their name but the frames are a separate purchase and the kits before frame are PRICEY, like 10â‚¬, rather than a couple dollars :( cute patterns but way pricier than what you'd receive

Awwww, well Emily I will host another hoop swap later for the bigger (6 in size) hoops.

I'm also thinking of hosting a "I'm not easily offended" version of these swaps where the embroidered content is more adult themed :D

Sorry, wasn't clear. I just meant I echoed the expense @aletta74 would have because besides international shipping, I'm not sure Europe has the lower cost hoop kits or not, I've only seen those around 10â‚¬ or more.

@MrsVanOtto love not easily offended types! I'll try to join that when it runs, too!

Does this need to be counted cross-stitch? I have some mini hoop projects in my stash but both are embroidery rather than counted cross-stitch. I'm happy to go shopping. ;-) But using up the stash feels good too. :-)

Doesn't have to be cross stitch, just should be a mini hoop projec:)
