Hole Reinforcements ATC

You know those circles that reinforce the holes in papers in binders? What do you do with them after you've used the 20 or so you needed and have a bunch left? You make an ATC!

For this swap, you will create ATCs for two partners incorporating hole reinforcements in some way. Here is a link to the picture above if you're still not sure what they are.

I won't set a minimum number, but the reinforcements should be an obvious major component of your design and not just supplementary or like an afterthought.

ATCs should be standard size (2.5x3.5) and sent in a sleeve. 1 each to 2 partners.

Minimum rating of 4.8 with no recent negative ratings. Open to newbies with completed profiles and at least a few well rated swaps. I will evaluate individually both low ratings and newbies and I will happily Angel if it becomes necessary.
