It is said taking 10000 steps a day improves your health. I'm no expert in this and I also find websites telling this is not true. But moving doesn't harm our health and walking is an exercise almost all people can do. For this challenge you simply do your daily routine while wearing a pedometer (or something that can count your steps, I use 1 on my cellphone) For 1 week you monitor the amount of steps you take in your normal life. Message your partner about this number and your experience. In part 2 we will increase our amount of steps. |
