I am happy with any kind of bookmark. I will state, however, that I am not much into cartoons, branding or characters. But if that is TOTALLY your thing, go for it! What I love about these SWAPS are the variety and the differences we all have. :-) Chy

airidane: Do these have to be paper? I make fabric and ribbon and bead bookmarks, but don't want to join and then be rated low because they weren't made of paper...Thx.

Oh well I guess they could really be made of anything I was thinking paper but I wouldn't object to having a beaded bookmark. You shouldn't be rated low. You just have to send 2 bookmarks to 2 people. And I guess you can make them out of anything. Anyone have any objections to this? Let me know if you do.

I like anything with flowers or gardens, and I like turtles, now there's a challenge. I love reds and oranges, but I would be happy with any color.

i love bright colors, turtles frogs, butterflies, flowers, tie dye, asian inspired things, black and white... i dont like dogs (if you want to send them its cool my kid steals half my bookmarks anyhow), chickens or religious stuff. i do love quotes from random people and dont mind if they are religion based, i just dont want crosses, modonnas, bibles, etc.

I love Victorian fru-fru, fairies, flying pigs. I prefer earth tones and jewel tones. I don't care for abstract designs or in your face religious designs.

I have joined this one but will actually be out of the country when we get our partners. I will have to wait to make them until partners are assigned. I will be back on March 7th and do my best to get them in the mail on March 10th. But it might take until March 12th because the weekend is in between.Is this OK? I would really like to make bookmarks according to my partners preferences and will send them for sure!

I love purple, jewel tones, horses, butterflies, scripture, nature....made from paper, ribbon, fabric, beads, just about anything is lovely.

I love brown, aqua & pink. I like modern looking things. Love cherry blossom trees, bird designs and leafy designs. I'm not picky when it comes to bookmarks...so anything will be fine!

I don't like 'cute' but you are free to make me what you like. Some things I do like: vintage, red, words, Asian.

Anything is fine with me, but I'm not crazy about cartoons, TV, movies, etc. I love pretty things, especially if they remind me of spring. I like bright vibrant colors, but I like pastels too. I love Norse mythology and designs. I love Asian themes (Buddhist, Asian calligraphy & characters, bamboo, Asian watercolor, etc.)

Tassy, I'd be really happy with you as my sending partner, because I love them made of anything but paper--though I'll love a creative paper one, too. I like blue and silver, skies, clouds, nature, bits of metal, copper, wire/bead charms, anything sparkly and bright, abstract is great, magical themes, too. No clowns though PLEASE! I realy don't like clowns at all.

Couldn't decide whether I should mention this but now think we ALL need to consider this: When sending "bumpy" items in a regular envelope, sender may want to write "hand cancel please" on the envelope.
