Description:

Use up those postage stamps you have gotten on those mailings you received.

On an ATC card glue them all over front and then rubber stamp an image on top of it. You can color it in but no need. Up to you. On back put name of swap and yours.

ATC is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Send one to one swapper.

Remember to rate. Send either in a clear holder or in a note card. EDITED: if you have rough image from stamping that's okay, at least we tried. But I still love the stamp effect so do it just with a variety of stamps on it and still get a 5 rating. Photo above from www.Etsy.com

Ive signed up, and will be experimenting. Just a little concerned that a stamped image might not come out so great if the background isn't completely flat.

We'll see what i can come up with!

Tried to make this atc but the stamped image didn't show up well. I couldn't tell what it was that I had stamped.

Just try. Mine wasn't that great but did stamp. I will edit.

Try using bolder image stamps. And an archival ink like Versafine or archival by ranger or a pigment ink will help. They sit on top of the paper rather than sinking in so they show up better on anything patterned. Or use a pigment ink and heat emboss. That will definitely show up better. If you don't have the supplies for the above ideas but have a stamp positioner try stamping more than once in the same place. You will get a bolder look. And stamping on a magazine, fun foam or a mouse pad often help with stamping on an uneven surface. HTH!

I ended up using emboss powder and it worked well!
