Internationally. I enjoyed the last one so much that i am hosting a second one. Please sent one partner 20 atc backgrounds. They must be standard atc size of 2.5 by 3.5 inches. Send a variety of colours, patterns, ephemera, etc. Please do not send playing cards. You must have a rating of 4.9 or over and at least 5 rated mail swaps. No recent no-sends or late sends. Any questions, please ask!

Should we be sure to make the backgrounds archival? I mean, use scrapbook or art quality paper and not cardboard, wallpaper samples, etc.?

To me it is more fun to use other things for backgrounds lke cardboard, wallpaper, fabric.

Just send a good variety of neatly cut, atc sized papers. they can be a variety of textures, colours and sources so long as they are neat and useable.

Is this International. I live in New Zealand and some might hesitate at the idea of sending to us in the antipodes.

yep, i said it right there in the swap description that its international so if someone gets you as a partner, they can't complain :):):):)
