Glow-in-the-Dark ATC - International

Rules are:

• You will have 2 partners.

• You will make 1 ATC for each partner for a total of 2 ATCs.

• Standard ATC rules apply.... 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches

• Must be hand-drawn or painted or collaged. Don't forget the Glow-in-the-Dark medium... can be ink, glitter, paint or whatever, so long as it glows!!! Theme is free-choice..... just make sure it glows!!! Let's say 50% or so must glow... it has to be substantial enough... not just a little blob of glow paint ;) No slapping a sticker on it an calling it done! But embellish all you would like :) .

• Newbies welcome with a full profile! All others must have 4.5 Rating or better and NO recent No-Sends! I will check out all participants before assigning partners.

• International swap!
