CFLAG ANNUAL PRIVATE FALLOSCREAM SWAP

It's that time of year again for our annual Falloscream guild swap.

As always this is a private swap for Central Florida Artisans' Guild Team. The purpose of this swap is to engage in a fun activity with other members.

The name of the swap is Falloscream. You will have exactly one month to get your swap together and mail it out. You do not have to wait until the mail out deadline and can mail it anytime during the four weeks once you are ready. YOU CANNOT MAIL IT OUT AFTER THE DEADLINE SHIP DATE!

The theme will be something Halloween or fall themed since not everyone celebrates or likes Halloween; hence the name of the swap. This means that those who do not want something Halloween theme must make sure to communicate that so their partner will send them a fall themed item. The handmade items for this swap must be made by the member.

SWAP PARTNERS ARE NOT SECRET ON THIS SITE. ONCE PARTNERS ARE ASSIGNED YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE (IF NEEDED) WITH THE PERSON WHO SENDS TO YOU AND WHO YOU SEND TO. TO FIND OUT WHO WILL BE SENDING TO YOU JUST GO TO THE "RATE YOUR PARTNER" IN THE BOX ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE GUILD SWAP PAGE TO SEE THE PERSON'S NAME. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE GUIDELINES FOR THIS SWAP BELOW.

1.You will send one handmade Halloween or fall theme item to your partner.

2.You will include one store bought Halloween or fall themed item along with your handmade item.

3.Both items need to be sent together in one package.

4.Each member is responsible for their own shipping cost and must send to the partner they will be given.

5.Each member is responsible for having a correct mailing address on file. YOUR ADDRESS CANNOT BE SEEN BY OTHERS. ONLY YOUR PARTNER WHO SENDS TO YOU AND THE HOST OF A SWAP CAN SEE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE IT ON FILE IN FULL.

6.SUPER IMPORTANT: Each member in the swap is responsible for having a complete filled out profile with likes, dislikes, etc. so partners know what not to send especially if allergies are involved.

7.All packages MUST be sent out NO LATER than the send deadline date. If for any reason a member cannot continue with their part of the swap or will be late they must communicate that with their partner and the swap coordinator.
