Quickie State Map Postcard Swap #3 - USA Only

For this swap, you will send one state map postcard to each of your four partners. Postcards are to be sent naked, and must be professional postcards - no homemade please.

Participants must be rated 4.9 or higher, but newbies are welcome. No recent 1's or 3's. This is a fairly easy swap, but we all know about what bad apples can do.

This is meant to be a QUICK swap. Make sure you write the swap name and your user name on the card. an additional note is optional.

Please be sure to rate your partners. I would like to do more of these, as well as other state swaps.

The rating filter is set, but I will look through each participant before partners are assigned and ban those with recent or excessive unexplained 1's and 3's. If you have any concerns, please PM me.
