Theme : Senders choice. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. Use paint, glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. Have Fun!!
