S&W: Pamper Me! ~ Spa & Tea Party!

Due to some recent events, and lack of events, in my life recently, I feel like I could benefit from some pampering while enjoying my favorite beverage!

Knowing that in todays age, we could ALL benefit with some personal pampering and healing properties of tea, I invite you to participate in this swap dedicated for just that! ~ We will have a personal spa & tea party, one we create for our partner and one we enjoy for ourselves!

Here are the guidelines to send to your partner:

Each item that touches the skin or is taken internally will be an Organic / Health conscious type product. It can either be store bought, or handmade, both with a clearly written ingredients list. If homemade, please attach it to the product or write about it along with the ingredients in a letter. The goal is to find, or create, products that are free from GMO's or other ugly alterations that can affect ones health. Please include at least the following (listed with hearts) in your package…

♥ (1) Lip Balm ~ in a balm or tube container.

♥ (1) Facial Sugar Scrub ~ at the very least .5 oz. for exfoliation

♥ (1) Facial Mask ~ at least .5 oz, made from clay or some other pore cleansing product

♥ (1) Foot Salt Scrub ~ at least .5 oz for exfoliation

♥ (1) Body Lotion ~ at least .5 oz.

♥ (1-3) Profile Surprise(s) ~ individually wrapped, as a gift to open. If it's something big or bulky, one is fine, if it's something small, feel free to add more, depending upon it's value. The amount of surprises is up to the sender, but please wrap at least one item.

♥ (4) Tea bags ~ individually sealed in the original manufacture's outer tea bag, or they may even be sealed individually in small food grade baggies, or you may create your own outer bag, provided that your partner is okay with being sent tea with out a sealed manufacturers outer tea bag. Please check their profile first or send a message to ask them what they prefer.

♥ (1) Note Card or Letter ~ please write the swap name and your alias Swap-Bot I.D. somewhere on the note card or letter. Please include an uplifting quote that you love and any message you would like to send to your partner.

Basically, the items can be as small as a sample, or one-time-use size. Let's do our best to support small genuine eco-friendly health conscious companies. The sender may also add anything else they feel will make their partner's personal spa & tea party experience spectacular. If you think they may benefit from a headband to hold their hair back, eye cooling gel pack, or if your partner is into nail polish or nail art stickers, Jamberry, healthy recipes for bath/body/food, tea cup, bath confetti, bath bombs / fizzy's, hair moisturizers, body scrub, henna, self massage techniques, chocolates (sealed in a plastic bag), bath salts, scrunchies, exfoliation gloves, manicure/pedicure supplies, a pocket letter creatively themed for extras or a postcard with some tranquil scenic one-single-view-picture that your partner can visually transport to, in order to aid in relaxation. Those are just some examples of extra goodies you may provide.

Remember it is very important, to seal any edibles or tea, in a separate baggie or possibly double bag them, to keep them away from any essential oils scents or from melting on the rest of the items. Just use your best judgement, pack well, be creative and have fun! ☺
