Description:
Drag out your (too) many rolls of kawaii tape and cover an envelope (minimum, check-size). Top to bottom (use a label for the address!!) and then pick out 30 flake stickers to put in it. The tape doesn't have to be kawaii brands, but the flakes do. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I put up a public swap, too, if you feel like making 2 envelopes. ;-) Link!

Does it have to be all deco tape? Is washi tape good too? LOL, I just got done making about 5 envelopes with deco tape.
