Description:

The Otherworld is something discussed by only the maddest and most brilliant of minds. And those who write about it! Well, they live in a world of dark whispers and moving shadows. Let's share some of that wonderful madness!

This swap is for a pocket letter with a very specific theme: Your favorite author. Now obviously this is a group swap, so let's keep this to our favorite dark authors. If your favorite is Dr. Seuss, maybe write about your second favorite! Some examples include, Stephen King, Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allen Poe, and my favorite, HP Lovecraft! A pocket letter is a plastic page protector (usually 9 pockets, but if you are overseas, anything that is a similar size) filled with fun decorations, quotes, and pics. It was created by Janette Lane, you kind find her blog here: http://janettelane.blogspot.com/ The only rule is that there must be a letter. In this case, write a letter about how you discovered your author, and why you like them. All other pockets are up to you. This is sender's choice. You are doing your favorite, so you can get started now! I included a long sign up time to allow for the other group pocket letter swap to be completed!

Goodies are recommended (but optional). Many people decorate the front and put goodies in the back so that the decoration stays intact when goodies are removed. I included an example photo, an Alice in Wonderland one that I made for a penpal (not dark, but still a good example). If you have any questions, search google or pinterest for "pocket letter", or feel free to pm me.

Thanks for joining my swap! If I've missed anything, let me know!
