Title: Planner Accessories #2

Who: Swap-bot members and Newbies in good standing with well filled out profiles, especially on their planner preferences. I reserve the right to remove people with 1’s and 3’s from the swap. I will also be checking that each person signing up has been active within the last 24 hours before partners are assigned. I also reserve the right to remove non-raters, people with late swaps on their dashboard and double profilers.

What: 1 Partner, Type 3 – With Type 2 postage, Profile Based/Specific

When: Mailed by 5/29/15, Pacific Standard Time

Where: International – please keep this in mind when rating your partner. Some international packages can take six to eight weeks to arrive. Also please pay attention to postal rules for the country you are sending to. Many of us like to include little “extras” in our swaps like tea or candy. However in some countries they do not allow those items to be shipped in and will seize the incoming package.

How: For this swap you will be sending your partner a few goodies based off their profile that they can use in their planner. While this swap is International the idea here is to keep the envelope flat and smaller so that postage should be minimal. Postage should not cost more than what it would take to mail a first class letter.

Handmade, upcycled, or “stash” items are welcome so long as they are clean and free from damage. Purchased items are welcome however since this is an inexpensive swap please do not spend more than $1.00 on purchased items.

You will choose at least 2 of the follow items:

3 – Journaling cards, 3x4 or 4x6, handmade, upcycled or purchased.

2 – Washi Tape samples, 12 inches or longer

7 – Page flags (must all the same)

7 – Sticky Notes (must all the same)

5 – Stickers, either flakes, cut from a sheet, or a whole sheet, so long as they are not damaged

7 – Labels

This should be a pretty easy and quick swap to do. Since this is profile based swap please read your partners profile carefully.

I do understand that life happens and that unforeseen events can occur. Please communicate with me and your swap partner if there are any issues or concerns.

Flakers: In the event that someone flakes I will angel the missing swap. However the flaker will be reported to all flaker reporting groups, named in the public forums and will no longer be allowed to participate in my swaps. So please don’t flake! If you have a problem, please communicate!
