Wednesday you signup. Thursday you mail off a postcard.. I will assign partners no later than 7am Pac time Thursday morning (I will probably do it Midnight Wednesday night/Thursday morning). PC is senders choice. You are free to check out your partners profile to get ideas, but it is not mandatory. Post card it to be sent stamped and naked (no envelope). Be sure to include the name of the swap and your user ID. You are more than welcome to write a message to your partner. There is no minimum rating for this one. It is 6:30 pm and still no partners assigned. I thought they were going to be assigned by 7 a.m. Wednesday morning.
