Description:

In this swap we will have 1 partner. We'll be sending that partner 2 ATC's.

1 ATC for your partner is profile based.

The other ATC for your partner is profile based on YOUR profile.

-- Don't stress over profile based. Just take a look at your partners profile and choose something like a colour, theme, favourite animal, type of craft. Just something your partner likes.

--- For the other ATC, choose something you love. Again, colours, themes or favourite something. How can you express yourself and what you love on this ATC? Show your partner something you like.

So you should be creating an ATC you partner likes, and an ATC you like. The idea is that you can share with your partner your taste in the format of art, and you are also sending your partner an ATC which will make them smile.

Please do not join this swap if you are picky. Also, please do not join this swap if you are going to rate based on if you liked the ATC's, even though this is profile based it is an ATC swap, which is art. Art is subjective. Chances are you will like what your partner has made but if not you can't rate down because of that. We're all friends here :)

-- Any medium of ATC. Get out your crafts and do collage, dazzle and bling, emboss, rub-on, stamps rubber or mail, paint, draw, mixed media, whatever you fancy.

-- No sloppy ATC's, sticker slapping and 2 minute jobs.

-- ATC is standard size (2x5 by 3x5) & thick, on a sturdy backing.

-- Send 2 ATC's to your 1 partner.

-- Include a note for your partner. Send on time :)

Happy ATC'ing.

Can you clarify that an ATC is actually 2.5x3.5 rather than playing card sized? Most decks of cards are larger than that, at least here in the US and my b/f is an ardent card player...he says that the decks in Vegas are not that small, so standard playing cards here are definitely bigger than an ATC blank.

@bombardiette i am not sure to be honest, i don't measure mine. i just took that from an online description which says ATC's are generally playing card, trading card, and baseball size. i think any size that is that typical size is fine. i have never measured an ATC.

@bombardiette this is what i found online ARTIST TRADING CARDS are miniature works of art created on 2 ½ X 3 ½ inch or 64 X 89 mm card stock.

The most common sizes for playing cards are 2.5 × 3.5

so i was just using a playing card as an example :)

@cutesygirlynai - thank you. Standard (and legal) playing card decks in the US are not that small, hence my confusion. ;)
