I understand everyone has different experiences. The point of the surveys will be just to talk openly about your personal sexual experience. If you are worried about not joining because you have to answer "no" to something, don't. Just expound on the no, why is it that you haven't done (for example) that particular thing. I just don't want to see 1 word answers when your partner is sending you half a paragraph. :) As long as there are details, and it's mainly about the questions asked, that should be fine.
