We will making our partner 1 handmade booklet that will be decorated, and inside a letter for them. Have fun!
Requirements ~
Minimum size for your booklet is 5.8 x 4.1. Maximum size is up to you but to save on postage I would recommend not too big. The booklet can be made very simple by just using 1 piece of paper and folding it in half. Or you can make it any other way you like. Your booklet does not have to be heavy; as noted before it can just be made from 1 piece of A4 paper. Minimum pages inside the book is TWO, not including front and back page. Decorate your booklet with any sort of materials and craft supplies you wish. Go crazy with stickers, rubber stamps, washi tape, journal cards, collage, paint, doodle, draw, embellish, whatever you want. :) Try and decorate it all completely; don't leave it too plain! This is your work of art :) How you decorate it is senders choice, but you are most welcome to decorate it with some of your partners favourite things; take a look at their profile if you wish! You must decorate the booklet YOURSELF and not use decorated paper stock with no other detail and call this done. You can use pretty/decorated paper as the base, but please add other detail on it as well. Inside the booklet, you will include a handwritten letter for them. You can stick this in, or insert it in a pocket you made, put it in an envelope and stick that inside the book, or write a letter using small memos and stick them inside the book and pockets; let your mind go wild and you do whatever you want. :) The way you write your letter is up to you. It could be a normal letter on letterset paper in your book or a pocket, it could be lists and facts about you on memos and sticky notes, it could be a small intro and then questions you've answered about yourself. How you do this and length is up to you. Include 1 small surprise for your partner in the book. This could be a handful of stickers in a pocket, an interesting article, a teabag, an embellishment, or some interesting off-cuts and bits and pieces you didn't use when decorated your book. These could be presented inside the book, in a separate bag or envelope; however you like. Again, doesn't have to be heavy and can be kept basic.
So you will receive...
1 handmade booklet, made with paper, card, or some other material. The booklet will open like a book, and have 2 pages (1 double page spread) inside not including front and page back pages. The booklet is completely decorated all over. The booklet includes 1 small surprise for you, and a handwritten letter of some sort.
