The post card needs to depict something from the state or country that you live in. (Example, if you are from Virginia, something about or in the state of Virginia needs to be on the picture side of the postcard) Send the card naked (in other words, do not put it in a envelope) Write a short message to your partner :-) Be sure to send on time and please be sure to rate your partner when you receive.
