The 50 States ATC Series Round 8

I recently completed a 50 States Inchies Series & thought what fun it would be to have a complete set of 50 States ATC's. So, I decided instead of continuing my 50 States ATC Swaps, I'd like to do a 50 States ATC series, so that I can get the entire set of 50 States. We will be going in alphabetical order, so you can make ahead. This series will be :

IOWA

KANSAS

Every 5 series sets, I will do a makeup in case you have missed any states. I am also happy to do private swaps.

For this swap series, you will have 2 partners for each series & you will make 1 ATC for each state in the series for each partner. There will be 2 states in each series, for a total of 4 ATC's (2 for each state). The name of the State has to be somewhere on the card, but otherwise, you can design it as you wish. The ATC's need to be neat & not just slapped with stickers. PLEASE do the type of work you would be happy to receive.

Minimum rating 4.98 with no unexplained 3s or 1s in the last six months. Newbies will be allowed. I will angel if necessary.
