Viva la Frida Group Members! It's time for another swap! Thanks to SacredSnatch for the idea! If you would like to join, please join the Viva la Frida Group! Create a Frida Paper Doll out of sturdy material (i.e., cardstock). You may create her all in one piece, or you may attach her limbs with brads to make her "moveable". Size: She should be able to be shipped in a "letter" sized envelope(regular business sized, rectangular shaped). Make your doll 6-10 inches. If you have protruding objects that may rip your envelope during the postal process, please protect as necessary. Keep in mind that your partner may want to display her on a shelf, wall, or frame, so make her really, really PRITTTTY! Embellish the heck outta her! Use your own drawings to create her, or copyright free images. Include fabric or other notions if you wish. Accessorize with extras (purse, jewelry, monkey, flowers) if you like! Just be artistic and creative! Include a small note of your process for your partner to read, if you'd like. Please have a 4.7+ rating and no-nosends in the last 3 months. You may begin creating now! i have sent four swaps.. just about to send the fifth.. being in australia makes it all go very snaily! so the ratings are coming in very slowly.. all i can see is the glisten of the snail trail in the distance, the snail has not arrived with my ratings yet!

I loved the idea of this swap and kinda got over anxious. My swap is just about ready (and I'm never early with swaps!). But I guess I'm old school...when I read "paperdoll" I had something else in mind. Here's to hoping my swap partner knows about the old time paper dolls and finds a bit of humor in my Frida Paperdoll. She'll come complete with wardrobe. jeje

Yes! I say we for sure post pics of our dolls on this swap listing! All you have to do is go to the Yellow Box at the top of the page and click on "Upload Image"! Then to view all the photos, just click on the link above the Frida image and it says " Launch Gallery Slideshow".

Very cool option! I wish I used it more!
