Atc with a Border Swap

~You will make ONE ATC PER PARTNER.

~You will have TWO PARTNERS.

~So you will make a total of "2 ATC'S".

~For each Atc you make, you must have a border around it. Choose any design, any color, but your Atc MUST have a border! You can use anything you can think of... Ribbon, paper, glitter, brads all the way around... Your limits are endless!

*Newbies welcome, with a Completed Profile. However, I will ban anyone I feel might not follow through with there Swap.

*DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FULLY COMMIT YOURSELF TO THIS SWAP.

*ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SEND THERE SWAP OUT, WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL OF MY SWAPS IN THE FUTURE.
