Swapparoos!: Art Banner flags Oct./Nov.

This is the first in a series of swaps I will be hosting here for individual flags to build an art banner. We will have a different theme each month and in a few months have a wonderful banner of creative works of art.

You will create for one partner two "flags" with the maximum dimensions of 5" wide by 7" long. You can make them any shape you like as long as they are that size at the largest points. Triangle, rectangle, cropped corners, etc.

One flag will be for October, so harvest, Halloween, fall leaves, etc.and the other for November, Thanksgiving, cornucopia, Pilgrims, turkey etc. Your style can be cutesy or not but make something nice that your partner will love to hang in her home.

Leave 1/2 inch at the top of your flags for hanging. You do not need to make holes or loops, as the recipient will decide how they wish to hang them.

As far as medium, use what you want. Add some dimension to them, but bear in mind shipping cost when you are designing. Make them colorful and cheerful.

Then package them carefully so they arrive safely, and send on time.

So two flags with dimensions of 5" x 7" with 1/2" undecorated at the top in the themes specified to one partner. Simple!
