TF: Mail Art (Turquoise Dragonfly)

Make your partner either a postcard or a decorated envelope with at least one turquoise dragonfly prominent on it. It doesn't necessarily have to be the focal point but it must be easily seen.

If you choose the decorated envelope, you may use either a purchased or a handmade one as your base.

If you choose a PC, it must be completely handmade (not just altered).

Any material and any technique are acceptable.

This is for your partner to use, so please send it unwritten and in an envelope.
