It means you need to get a book that you can hollow out and create a 3 inch hole in the centre. In this hole, the swap items go. Google hollowed out book. It is fascinating..

Interested in this but need more info on the swap - how does one create this type of thing (Perhaps post a link in the swap or explain more? Is everyone welcome? Will you be accepting newbies? Will you angel if there's a flaker? It's a great idea- the swap just needs more elaborate instructions.

ScrapHappyGabi, I apologize if my directions are sparse. I'm just getting back into hosting. In the past, I haven't included elaborate descriptions. I manually go through the participants and contact newbies and those with poor ratings. I typically do not allow participants with newer 1s and 3s as this is typically indicative that they haven't had time to remedy their situation. I will be making three books so I am willing to angel and have done so in the past.
