For this swap, you will send your partner a quote that is positive and uplifting. You can write it on a notecard or type it in a letter or put it on a postcard or other type of material, but you will not ask your partner what they are going through or tell them what you are going through, you will simply: Be Kind & send a positive quote on paper through the mail along with an item of your choice that goes along with the quote. For example, if your quote is: “Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows.” ― Helen Keller, then you could send notecards with the sun and flowers on them. The idea is to Be Kind - send something nice, doesn't have to be expensive but must be thoughtful and what you yourself would want to receive from another.
