Description:
Take a clean baby wipe & clean your craft mat or rubber stamps with it. Let it dry & then use it as the background of your ATC. You may also use it to add an element to the ATC. Make sure your background is not 100% covered up & add it to a sturdy backing. One ATC to one partner.
