can we make our own with fabric that have if its the same size a a flat quarter i think its a 12"x18"

I believe a fat quarter is usually 20 (or 22") X 18 - depends if you are using meters(20) or yards (22). ^debbie^

I thought fat quarters were 18 x 22 inches. Please let me know if I am wrong.
