Description:

As ATC’s seem popular in the group, I will be running a monthly Famous Person in History ATC swap. @hazelwitch3 came up with the idea of instead of me specifying a particular person, we will do it in themes. So some guidance as to who you choose, but still within a theme!

Standard rules on ATC’s apply. These swaps are open to all levels, so if you are an experienced ATC maker, please be kind to your partner if they are a beginner. You can draw, paint, collage, etc. I won’t say no stickers, but if you do use a sticker, you can only use one, and it should not be the focal point of the ATC. ATC’s should have a sturdy backing, and should be put in a small envelope, or plastic sleeve for safe posting.

I will try to cover a broad range of themes, but if there is any particular theme you would like to see then let me know. Future themes will be Famous Scientist, Famous Actress, Famous Actor, Famous Suffragette, Famous Explorer, Famous Inventor, Famous Ruler (in no particular order)

For the purpose of these swaps history is considered to be from the beginning of time, up to 1975.

The subject for this month is a Famous Writer – so anyone from Herodotus to Shakespeare, to Tolkien. Your ATC could be an image of the person, or an image of one of their writings. i.e. a picture of Shakespeare, or an image of Macbeth, or a quote from Romeo and Juliet.

Any questions, comments etc. please comment below or PM me.

I check participants on an ongoing basis, and do a final check prior to assigning partners. If you have any unaddressed low ratings, or you have any late swaps on your dash, you will be removed from the swap.
