For inspiration think: Ravens, Skulls, Blk Cats, "Nevermore"(maybe the quote on a lil notebook), "Tell-Tale Heart" (maybe a heart charm), Gothic, Gold Bug, Scarab Beatles, Potions, Tonics, Sphinx, Ciphers, Cameos, Bones, Victorian Curiosities, Calligraphy Pens/nibs, Pirates/Treasure, Ghosts, Vintage Horror, Black Bird, Clock Pieces, Pendulum.

You could use any of the above 'inspirations" for example with quotes on tags, cards, notebooks. You could use charms, pendents, make lil vials with "potions"(could be glitter etc), postcards, stickers, envies, playing cards with authors image, there is even Poe bandaids on amazon. Use etsy for inspiration too.
