There have been times that I have wanted something so very much in my life, that I tried to make it come to pass on my own, learning later that it is always best to wait for God’s Will. I have a friend named Michelle whose favorite saying is “Nothing is gained by rushing ahead of God; nothing is lost by waiting on His Will”. No truer words could ever be spoken. I have come to learn that through years of experience as a Christian.

Do you remember a time when God intervened in your life, and mightily showed you His Will on something in your life? Perhaps you were steadfast in your assumption of a certain "thing" you wanted or a route you wanted to take in life. Later, however, God revealed to you that He had something better in mind for you, for your life. (Jeremiah 29:11)

I’d love to hear about it, and I imagine that there are others who would benefit from your story as well.

For this swap, you will have THREE PARTNERS. You will send, via e-mail, a written firsthand account of a time when God set you straight on His Will. For example, you can tell your partners about a time that God steered you away from one thing to something better, or a moment where you doubted His Will on something but it ultimately turned out for your best interest. The missive that you write can be anywhere from 3-6 pages. Please try to keep it no less than 3 pages.

Everyone is welcome with a well filled out profile, keeping in mind that these are firsthand accounts written by Christians and which you are to receive about God/Holy Spirit/Christ.
