Description:
Your letter should be at least one page, front and back (standard notebook size paper). It will be an introduction type letter, telling your partner all about your life, where you live, your family members, anything you'd like. The point of this is to find a new, long-lasting penpal that you can continue to write to after the swap is over. I can't control whether your partner will write you back or not, but I can ask that you not join this swap if you aren't looking for a lasting penpal. Now for the surprise part! In addition to your letter, you will send your partner a few profile surprises. If you buy new items, spend no more than $5. Due to cost of international shipping, these items should be fairly flat and light-weight. Please check out your partner's profile for their likes and dislikes. Newbies are welcome. Veteran members with a 4.97 rating or higher. No unexplained 1s or 3s. Everyone needs to have a full, detailed profile. I will check all profiles prior to assigning partners. Ideas of what to send: stickers, postcards, notecards, scrapbook paper, washi tape samples, anything flat and light-weight.

Everyone needs to have a detailed profile! I cannot stress that enough. If your profile is blank, only has a few sentences/one or two paragraphs, or doesn't list your likes and dislikes, please update it. If you don't have a full profile by the time I assign partners, I will have to ban you from the swap.

I have went through and banned anyone with unexplained low ratings, not enough detail on their profile, and those who have not logged in within the last few days. Partners have been assigned!

Hi megalynn, I am unable to access my partner from this page. I did go to the rate your partners and I think it is rachelr. Will you please let me know if I am right and provide an address . I am a newbee and wonder do I send surprise seperate or can I include letter in box with surprise. Thank You for your help.

gmastubby: "rate your partner" is the person who sends TO you.. you need to go to "see the partners you send to" and that person is who you send to.. the name and adress of your partner opens in a seperate window when you press "see the partners you send to" ....happy swapping! :)
