When the swap begins(March 9) you can see the link "See the partners you send to" in Swap member options.:)

Does it have to be written & stamped or can we send in an envie?

Written! BUT other things are sender's choice :) You can send it in envie or "naked" what's mean written and stamped. NO BLANK.
