USAPC: USE THOSE SCRAPS ATC #2

Let's do it again since the first one went over well....Since we are in the "USA Paper Crafts" group....we must love and have lots of paper - right? If you are like me you've also got lots of little scraps of paper that you just hate to throw away because you know there will be a use for those little scraps of paper one day - - - Well let's use some of those scraps...

Instructions:
The background of the ATC must be collaged using nothing but scraps of paper.

You must incorporate an "Inchie" somewhere into your design on your ATC .....This inchie MUST be put on a sturdy backing (think cardboard) so the inchie will stand out on the ATC.

(What is an inchie? Basically a miniature ATC measuring 1" x 1")

The rest of the design is up to you....

USE a sturdy backing for your ATC - PLEASE!

It goes without saying - but I'll say it anyway - I will check profiles and No flaking PLEASE! Also - please rate your partner when receiving!
